Shipping policy

At Mzansi Threaded, we take care to ensure your order is processed efficiently and delivered securely. Please review the information below before placing your order.

How long for my order to be processed?

Orders will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of the order. Kindly note we operate 5 days a week during working hours. When ordering for a special occasion/event please allow ample time for processing & delivery.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

How long does delivery take?

SOUTH AFRICA

Orders within South Africa are delivered within 2-4 working days (excluding the day the parcel was shipped). Areas considered to be outlying make take up to 7 working days.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders may take up to 7-21 working days to be delivered, depending on the destination country and courier service.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please note:

Orders shipped to certain outlying or remote areas may incur additional shipping charges of up to R500.
In such cases, Mzansi Threaded reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund should the additional shipping cost be unreasonable or commercially unviable.

Delivery Address & Acceptance

Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel during business hours.

Mzansi Threaded is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or inaccessible delivery information.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts and the parcel is returned to us:

You will be refunded the cost of the item(s) only
Courier and delivery fees are non-refundable

This applies where delivery failure is due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery information.

Order Tracking

Once your courier waybill has been created, you will receive a tracking notification via email.

Courier collections take place Monday to Friday
During peak periods, orders may be processed over weekends; however, parcels will only be collected by the courier on the next working day

If your parcel is shipped using an alternative courier service, your tracking details will be emailed to you. In such cases, tracking may not be available via Courier Guy.

Other:

Should your parcel be sent via an alternate courier service, your tracking info will be emailed to you. In this case, you will not be able to track the parcel via Fastway Couriers.

International:

International orders may take up to 21 working days to be delivered. Courier services vary from country to country. You will be updated with the relevant tracking info via email.

International Orders, Customs & Import Taxes

Orders delivered within South Africa are not subject to customs or import taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes determined by the destination country

Please note:

By law, all items must be declared at their full purchase value
We are unable to under-declare or alter invoice values
Any customs or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable directly to the relevant authorities

Mzansi Threaded is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
